BOTOX®

What Type of Fillers Do You Use?
Dr. Comizio believes that the high-quality of products makes a difference in results. She uses Juvederm’s specifically formulated products to renew her patients’ appearance, melting years from their actual age. Juvederm carries a product for every patient, including Voluma to add volume to the area around your cheeks.
Dr. Comizio is also happy to offer Sculptra® to her patients seeking to rejuvenate their facial appearance. As we age, our body’s ability to produce collagen decreases which creates wrinkles. Sculptra, also known as the liquid facelift, acts to replace this lost collagen by reinforcing your skin’s structure within the deep layers. After a few treatments over a few months, your face will look more youthful and refreshed for up to 2 years.
Facial Rejuvenation Treatment
All types of facial rejuvenation come in the form of injections with a very fine needle. The average time for treatment is under an hour, and there will be no anesthesia required. On the day of your procedure, you will come into Dr. Comizio’s Morristown, New Jersey office where she will slowly (and conservatively) begin to apply filler or Botox treatment.
This method allows her to observe the changes that occur with each small amount added. During treatment, it is normal to feel a mild stinging sensation and experience bruising and swelling. More severe reactions are very rare.
How Long Will It Take to See Results?
Fillers have immediately visible results. However, it will take anywhere from a few days to two weeks to see your final results. Botox will take 3-5 days to take effect with optimal results seen two weeks after treatment. This allows time for the mild swelling and bruising after a procedure to heal.
