Dear Dr. Comizio,

Thank you so much. This is a dream come true for me. Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to my insurance company. I can imagine you don’t have a lot of time to do that, being a doctor your life must be hectic. Words can’t describe how happy I am and grateful I am. I have been working for six years for this. Thank you for giving me a chance and helping me feel so much better about myself. I can’t wait to see you on the 29^th and be able to say thank you face to face.
