I have to start by saying thank you. I have been Blessed to have a doctor like you. You are not only a remarkable surgeon but a really caring, giving person. If I did not have you as my doctor I don’t think I could have gotten [through] this. The way I did. You are always there when I needed you and came with much concern. And always comes naturally. I just wanted you to know I am very [grateful] to you for everything.
Believe in your heart that everything is going to be all right.
