“Spring. A lovely reminder of how beautiful change can truly be.”
Spring is officially here. I am guessing you are as excited as I am to move on from a cold, snowy winter.
Spring is one of my favorite seasons. It’s a time of renewal and new beginnings. It gives me a sense of excitement and energy with an optimistic view toward the future. Just seeing the sun shine and the blooming flowers peak out of the ground is inspiring.
Now that the weather is getting warmer, going outside to exercise can have amazing benefits. Studies have shown physical exercise outdoors lowers a person’s blood pressure and heart rate. As a result, exercise outdoors feels less strenuous than comparable exercise indoors – therefore you can push toward harder performance. Going outside also boosts your energy and research shows that natural scents like roses, freshly cut grass, and pine make you feel calmer and more relaxed.
If you have recently had breast reduction surgery, it’s the perfect time to get moving once you have completed your healing period. You will soon begin to experience the difference in mobility and what it feels like to exercise pain- free. It is truly life changing.
However you decide to welcome this new season, I hope you are able to restore your focus and enjoy the transition.
